What if I rent out my home at times?
• That is great. We will be here for your tenant if they have a problem accessing the home, have a water leak, have a problem with WIFI or a TV, or any number of issues that need attention 24/7. We offer handyman services to assist them & you right away at a very reasonable rate. We can prepare the home for their arrival, answer any questions they may have, check on the home after they leave, and prepare & clean it for the next tenant or your arrival.
